Gessner Engineering provided geotechnical engineering, land surveying, and civil engineering services for a new 102,000 square foot building at Prairie View A&M University. This state-of-the-art facility is designed to support the College of Engineering, offering general instructional spaces, specialized instructional labs, cooperative learning classrooms, computer classrooms, and dedicated research lab spaces for faculty and graduate students. The building will serve as a hub for academic and research activities, fostering innovation and collaboration within the College of Engineering.

Our team conducted comprehensive geotechnical analysis to ensure the project was supported by a solid foundation and provided detailed surveying and civil engineering design to facilitate the development of the facility.
