Brazos Valley Auto Complex

The Brazos Valley Auto Complex commercial subdivision and subsequent site development included a BMW, Mercedes Benz, and Hyundai high end car dealerships with associated maintenance, car-wash and make ready buildings. A fourth, undisclosed auto dealership will make up the future Phase 4 of the project. The scope of Gessner Engineering’s work included the total site planning, surveying, geotechnical investigation and structural recommendations, and civil engineering design. Specific design elements included: pavement design, structural retaining wall design, public infrastructure design, 18” public water transmission line design, TxDOT deceleration lanes, and subdivision regional detention among other required design elements.
