Gessner Engineering provided surveying, geotechnical engineering, civil engineering, and construction materials testing (CMT) services for the new Academic and Administration Building at Texas A&M-San Antonio. This 100,000 square foot facility is designed to support the College of Business Administration, offering state-of-the-art instructional spaces, faculty offices, and a new library. The building is strategically planned to enhance the academic experience, providing modern, flexible spaces for students and faculty alike.

The scope of Gessner Engineering’s work included comprehensive site analysis, geotechnical testing, and detailed civil engineering design to support the new facility. In addition, we conducted thorough materials testing during construction to ensure the integrity and safety of the structure. Our team’s expertise in surveying and geotechnical services, combined with our commitment to quality assurance through construction materials testing, contributed to the successful execution of this vital academic project.
